Sky Mountain
There’s still plenty of winter rust on the swing of your faithful correspondent, but that did not prevent my hosts and me from enjoying the fun course and beautiful surroundings at Sky Mountain.
Located in the town of Hurricane (pronouced Hur-a-CAN by the locals), about a half hour from St George on the road to Zion Canyon National Park, Sky Mountain is not particularly long (6,300 yards from the back tees), but one must pay attention to the task at hand and not be distracted by the drop dead gorgeous view that are present on virtually every hole.

Outstanding. I've only played desert golf a few times in Phoenix, Tucson, and Las Vegas. It's such a stark contrast with anything out East or in Scotland, Wales, England, Ireland, or Northern Ireland (my only non US experiences). PS - nice form on that drive!!
Good to have you back, Pop. The sky and the scenery could be a distraction from the golf.
